题目:静电纺丝制备钐离子掺杂钨酸锶纳米线
摘要:采用静电纺丝制备钐离子掺杂钨酸锶纳米线,研究了其结构、形貌和发光性能。结果表明所制备的样品在700度退火后有良好的结晶性能和纳米线形貌。做制备的样品能被紫外和近紫外光激发。钐离子和钨酸锶中的浓度淬灭浓度为0.04.
 
 
 
 
 
1.      Synthesis and characterizations of Dy3+ doped Sr3Al2O6:Eu2+ powder phosphors through citric acid precursor(已转出,如有需要可以定制)

三价镝离子和二价铕离子掺杂铝酸锶粉体的制备和表征

Abstract: Sr3Al2O6:Eu2+, Dy3+ phosphors were synthesized by the polymer precursor method. The X-ray powder diffraction patterns show that the samples have a cubic structure with a space group of Pa3. In the excitation spectrum, the phosphors show a wide absorption in the UV region from 250 to 450 nm, which corresponds to the crystal field splitting of the Eu2+ d-orbital. All the emission spectrum of Sr3Al2O6:Eu2+, Dy3+ phosphors show the broad band emission peaked at about 518 nm, which can be ascribed to the typical 4f65d1 4f7 transitions of Eu2+ ions. And the best dopant concentration of Dy3+ ions for Sr3Al2O6:2mol%Eu2+, xDy3+ phosphors is 2mol%. The excitation wavelengths have no influences on emission peaks, but have clear influences on emission intensities.

采用有机前驱体方法制备了三价镝离子和二价铕离子掺杂铝酸锶粉体。样品的激发和发射光谱都表现出二价铕离子的本征光谱。三价镝离子的掺杂浓度和激发波长对发光强度有一定影响。

3.      Synthesis and characteristics of SrWO4:Sm3+ nanpfiber phosphors by electrospinning method

静电纺丝制备SrWO4:Sm3+纳米线

Abstract: One-dimensional Sm3+ doped SrWO4 nanofibers were synthesized by electrospinning. The structure, morphology and luminescence properties of the obtained nanofiber phosphors were investigated. The X-ray diffraction and Fourier transformation infrared results show that the SrWO4: Sm3+ samples crystallize at 700 ºC. Scanning electron microscope results indicate that synthesized samples present uniform fiberlike morphology. The luminescence results show that SrWO4: Sm3+ phosphors can be excited efficiently by ultraviolet and near-ultraviolet light. The emission spectra of SrWO4: Sm3+ samples consist of three emission peaks at 560, 598, and 640 nm, corresponding to 4G5/26H5/2, 4G5/26H7/2 and 4G5/26H9/2 transitions of Sm3+, respectively. The optimal doping concentration of Sm3+ in SrWO4 is ascertained experimentally to be 4 mol %.

4.      Low-temperature synthesis and characteristics of KTa0.5Nb0.5O3 thin films

坦尼酸钾薄膜的低温制备和表征

Abstract: KTa0.5Nb0.5O3 thin films were synthesized via a metal-organic solution. Characteristics were measured, such as X-ray diffraction pattern, surface morphology and roughness, and electric properties. The synthesized films have a (100) preferential growth orientation on Si (100) substrate. The homogeneous microstructure and smooth surface benefit to the good electric properties of synthesized thin films. The current density-voltage characteristics show an unexpected feature of the transition from linear to nonlinear, which can be explained by the space-charge-limited mode. Dielectric constant and loss of synthesized thin films decrease with the increase of frequency. The decrease of dielectric loss is related to the decrease of net polarization in material. The decrease of dielectric constant can be explained by Debye formula.

采用金属有机前驱体溶液制备了坦尼酸钾薄膜。以Si (100)为衬底所制备的薄膜在(100)方向上具有优先生长趋势。随着外加电压的增加,其I-V特性由线性转为非线性。这种转变可由空间电荷限制模式来解释。介电常数和介电损耗随着频率的增加而降低。
